After fourteen years with a prominent wholesale plumbing supply Ron Williams decided he had to make a career change.
Ron's brother, Bennet, had started a pressure washing business in Glenwood, Arkansas, and got Ron interested.
Therefore, in the spring of 1977, Ron launched Hy-Flo from his garage with two hot water washers and an old used half-ton pickup.
From these humble beginnings, Hy-Flo has grown into a success for the following reasons:
Ron's newest employee has been with him over two years, and the oldest fourteen years. The stability and knowledge that experienced, happy, long-term people can add to a business is immeasurable.
Ron not only enters the customer's door to sell power equipment, he will service all brands of washer equipment, sell some janitorial supplies, waste oil heaters, and a line of water conditioning products as well as wastewater equipment.
Ron's philosophy is that a business must change with the times. Sell yourself, sell the company, your service, and sell it smart.
One of Ron's latest efforts has been commitment to gain knowledge about wastewater laws and regulations in order to better serve customers.
